Hi, I'm Steven Jones — a thinker, a doer, and a creator at heart.

For over 15 years, I worked behind the scenes as a Technical Program Manager and Director of Engineering Systems, helping teams at companies like Apple, Barnes & Noble, and Intuit turn complex, messy problems into simple, elegant products. I've led mobile OS platforms, built development infrastructure for 150+ person engineering organizations, and championed agile, incremental ways of working long before they were the norm.

Along the way, I learned something that shapes everything I do now: big problems get solved one step at a time. Working incrementally and iteratively — taking a first honest pass at a solution, learning from it, and refining as you go — is how real progress happens. It's also how people overcome the hesitation to even start. Break the mountain into steps, and suddenly it's climbable.

Today, I bring together the knowledge, resources, and tools people need to prepare, take that first step, and work through problems that once felt too big to tackle. I believe in good design — useful, honest, understandable, and unobtrusive — and I believe a business should reflect the values of the person building it, not just the market it serves.
