Welcome to the network of digital properties owned and operated by SAJ Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company based in Mountain View, California ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites—including Readysmart.com, Pandemiccare.com, and SAJStudios.com—along with all related applications, subdomains, features, digital content, services, and subscription plans (collectively, the "Services").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, OR PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Scope of Agreement & Multi-Site Application

  1. Unified Application: These Terms apply globally and universally to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers across all websites, domains, subdomains, and online services operated by SAJ Solutions LLC, including without limitation:

    1. Readysmart.com
    2. Pandemiccare.com
    3. SAJStudios.com
  2. Supplemental Terms: Certain features or services (such as specific premium tools, events, or products) may be subject to additional terms, guidelines, or rules posted on the Services. All such supplemental terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Geographic Restrictions & Eligibility

  1. United States Only: The Services are hosted, controlled, and operated from within the United States. Access to and use of the Services is strictly restricted to individuals located within the United States. We make no representations that the content or Services are appropriate, legal, or available for use outside the United States.

  2. Age Requirement & Parental Consent: You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the Services.

    1. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services with the active consent, supervision, and involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
    2. Children under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, purchasing subscriptions, or submitting personal information to the Services.

3. Account Registration & Tiers of Access

  1. Tiers of Access: Access to site content, features, and tools is structured into three primary membership tiers:

    1. Tier 1 (Public Visitor / No Account): Access to public articles, insights, general news, and basic site features.
    2. Tier 2 (Registered User / Free Account): Access to enhanced community features, user commenting, saved resources, and free member-only newsletters or basic tools upon creation of a free user account.
    3. Tier 3 (Paid Subscriber): Access to premium, full-featured insights, exclusive downloadable emergency guides, advanced tools, and unrestricted content archives via active paid subscription.
  2. Account Security: When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login information and password. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to other users or the Company.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Billing

  1. Subscription Plans: We offer recurring subscription plans on a Monthly and Annual basis. Detailed pricing and features are displayed at checkout.

  2. Automatic Renewal Notice (California Auto-Renewal Law):

    1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD (MONTHLY OR ANNUALLY) AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR WE TERMINATE IT.
    2. AUTHORIZATION: BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AUTHORIZE US (OR OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS) TO RECURRINGLY CHARGE YOUR DESIGNATED PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU.

  3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled renewal date through your online account management portal or by contacting customer support.

    1. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
    2. Cancellations take effect at the expiration of the current billing cycle.
  4. Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all subscription fees and charges are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or unused features.
  5. Price Modifications: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price modifications will be posted on the Services or communicated to active subscribers via email prior to taking effect on subsequent renewal terms.

5. High-Risk Disclaimers (No Medical, Legal, or Emergency Advice)

  1. General Informational Purposes Only: Content provided across all SAJ Solutions LLC websites—including disaster preparedness materials on Readysmart.com, biological/pathogen defense guides on Pandemiccare.com, and news/insights on SAJStudios.com—is for general educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.
  2. NO MEDICAL ADVICE: NO CONTENT ON OUR SERVICES IS INTENDED TO SERVE AS OR REPLACE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION OR HEALTH THREAT.

6. Intellectual Property & Limited License

  1. Company Ownership: All content, software, text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, layout, website design, and proprietary materials on the Services are the exclusive property of SAJ Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  2. Limited Personal License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content on the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with your access tier.

  3. Prohibited Uses: You agree that you will not:

    1. Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
    2. Use automated tools, robots, scrapers, spiders, or data mining software to extract data or content from the Services.
    3. Frame, mirror, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of the Company.

7. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct

  1. User Submissions: Registered users may be permitted to submit comments, forum messages, feedback, ratings, or other content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC").
  2. License Grant to Company: By posting, submitting, or transmitting UGC to or through the Services, you grant SAJ Solutions LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such UGC in any media format now known or hereafter developed, without compensation, attribution, or notification to you.

  3. User Representations & Rules of Conduct: You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your UGC and that your content does not:

    1. Violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
    2. Contain unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or threatening statements.
    3. Contain false emergency information, dangerous instructions, or misleading medical/health advice.
    4. Contain spam, promotional solicitations, malware, or phishing links.
  4. Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, refuse to post, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion.

8. Affiliate Links & Advertising Disclosures

  1. Affiliate Marketing: In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, please be advised that the Services contain affiliate links to third-party seller websites and products. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, SAJ Solutions LLC may receive a financial commission or compensation at no additional cost to you.
  2. Third-Party Advertising: The Services may display third-party advertisements, promotional banners, and sponsored listings. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or claims advertised on our platforms.
  3. Third-Party Links & Vendors: The Services link to external resources, websites, and vendors. SAJ Solutions LLC has no control over external sites and is not responsible for their availability, privacy practices, content, or compliance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SAJ SOLUTIONS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. CAP ON LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAJ SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

  2. MAXIMUM FINANCIAL RECOVERY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE AGGREGATE FINANCIAL LIABILITY OF SAJ SOLUTIONS LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

    1. THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAJ SOLUTIONS LLC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR
    2. ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SAJ Solutions LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or any User-Generated Content submitted by you.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. Governing Law: These Terms and all legal claims, disputes, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  2. Exclusive Venue & Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action, lawsuit, or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Santa Clara County, California (or the City of Mountain View jurisdiction), and you hereby consent and submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted on the Services.

  1. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest modifications were made.
  2. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of and agreement to the modified Terms. You are expected to check this page periodically for updates.
